      Don’t come to this location. The branch manager ms big shot had different check policies then other locations. Tried to cash the same type of check after 2 days she couldn’t do it due to policy. The same policy the other location had? Maybe she was jealous of the amount not sure. Bank somewhere else just not here or Bank of America 😂

      This bank voided a check then told my client they could not cash it because they closed his account and never told him and would not let him open a new account. THEY VOIDED the check that my cliented needed for rent and rendered the check unable to be cashed and did not care they had left him with no money. JUST HEARTLESS. Refused to fix their error. Poor customer service, do not care about people, just hustling for the money. Three other banks in area to choose from, I would recommend one of the other ones.
