      Awesome staff, faster than the other bank on 17th. If I had to choose between the two banks, and the wait was 5 hours at this bank and 5 minutes at the other one on 17, I’d wait 5 hours to work with the competent and friendly staff here versus the slow and lethargic staff at the other bb&t on 17 near college rd

      Worst bank. Opened account on Tuesday they closed on Thursday no reason. Called Friday and was on line for 2 hours and 15 minutes until they disconnected. Went to bank to complain had to wait 45 minutes. Stay away. Horrible

      This is the worst bank I have ever worked with j have sayed on hold with them for 3 hours ever time I call them and just hang up because they won’t answer I can’t pay my car payment now and it’s going to be late and effect my credit because they won’t answer and I can’t make a online account and pay it that way because it’s not working and they can’t explain to me why they don’t even deserve one star.
