  Solid customer service! First time coming here I was super confused on the location and then discovered it was in the Publix. Its not really an ideal location but I was in a rush and couldnt be happier with my experience with the branch manager there. I've been back once now and again, great experience.

  Google says they open at 9am on Saturdays. The sign on the front window of this branch says they open at 9am. ….. Yet for some reason, they choose to open at 10:00. A branch manager should have fixed this a long time ago! It’s incredibly frustrating and inconvenient to those of us on tight schedules who rely on the times given

  Always incredibly friendly and helpful. Needed to wire money recently and they made it such an easy experience. I’ve had experiences with other banks where I’ve asked to wire money and they act like it’s such a weird request and the. make me jump through unnecessary hoops. At Suntrust/Truist, they behave like they deal with this every day — because they’re a bank and they do! I just gave them the account info and amounted needed, signed a paper, and that was it. They were also very friendly and professional the entire time. It was such a relief working with them.
