  I have been having with Trustco for a few years now and finally decided to share my experience. Carlos, Carmen and the other staff at this location are incredible. When customer service has disappeared everywhere else they continue to go above and beyond. I highly recommend Trustco and especially Carlos and his crew.

  Carlos & the staff at this branch are very helpful, knowledgeable & professional. We worked on a couple of mortgages with this branch & all went well. I would recommend checking with this bank to assist your banking needs.

  Cannot thank the brach manager/loan officer; Carlos Cedeno, enough. Purchasing this home with Trustco 2 years ago was pretty easy. Trustco is a great lender to work with, and I highly recommend them. Refinancing this home with Trustco, and my guy Carlos, was even easier. Carlos kept all of his promises. He was easy to reach, and on the rare occasions I had to leave a message, Carlos's follow-up was timely. My closing today was incredibly easy, and I happily recommend Carlos and Trustco to anyone looking for a great bank to patronize.
