      I stood in line for 15 mins to be told I can't buy a single roll of quarters because I don't bank with them. Never deal with us bank!

      This bank and their employee's chose to scam my friend because of his appearance. He went to cash stimulus check and they imprinted it and then refused to cash the check because he didn't have an account with them. So we went to 3 other banks to cash check and they said they couldn't cash the Check because of it being imprinted. Went back to U.S. bank and the branch manager put a line through the imprint and still refused to cash it. They did say if my friend had an account there they could cash it. What a scam. Don't use this bank. The branch manager is a scam artist.

It is at branch discretion to take non-customer requests. We also charge a fee to cash a check. To avoid this fee, you would need to deposit the check into a U.S. Bank account or into your external account. Your friend may need to obtain another check from the IRS. Thank you. ^Larisa
