  Great staff and services. Has atm, drive up and plenty of parking. Restrooms in branch.

  LSince the Covid started, this Brea branch has closed the doors and reduced the staff tremendously. You have to wait over 30 mins each time just to make a simple deposit. They are making the same amount of money as before so don't understand the reason to reduce the staff. Staff seems burned out or is very slow and not to mention rude!! Always makes an excuse that they are short staffed due to Covid and make their customers wait for ever. I am going to finally stop banking with them after so many years. Customer services sucks!!

  Tried to open a new business account and told me my company in Montclair can’t be opened in brea. This is ridiculous and never heard of that. Only 20 miles away
