  I went to this branch the other day inside of Albertsons. I was very pleased with the young man that waited on me. He was very nice and I was able to do my transaction. I would definitely deal with this branch again. Thank you

  The manager here needs a lesson in customer service. He accused me of fraud when my title company mistakenly wired me too much money. He exposed his clear lack of knowledge on how a wire transfer works and was extremely tactless. The bank clerk was nice and helpful but I feel for him that he has to work under a manager that is clearly not qualified to hold that position. Glad this isn’t my home branch because I’d be cancelling my account completely if it was.

  Awesome Staff. Very Pleasant and welcoming. Nick the Manager is very Pleasant and always willing to help. I do wish though that they would go back to their old hours. They used to be open until 7pm on weekdays and even were open on Sundays. Shorter hours mean more Customers have to squeeze into the branch in shorter hours so doesn't really help prevent the spread of Covid. Even with less hours though this place is awesome.
