      Impossible to deal with. On hold over two hours. Transfer back and forth with no resolution. Not complicated requests.

      I can't decide what's worse, I worked for US Bank for 5 years ( it was horrible) I've been a customer for 7 years. I've now been on hold for an hour and a half waiting on a representative for 1.5 hours. My reccomendation if you want a real bank to deal with talk to Wells Fargo. 🤣

      I have been a client of U.S. Bank for about 10 years. Very poor confusing and heavy interface in Internet banking. Not every browser and operating system able to handle it.(Programmers forgot to check it.) You will not find such in any bank of the United States. You constantly need to think about whether your Internet browser can connect to U.S. Bank Internet banking this time or not or maybe something else? Or maybe I need to buy a new computer for $ 2000 to use their internet banking? Or maybe it needs to be updated again and again? You feel insecure, like a person who lives in a room in which furniture is moved every day. However, for example, similar problems with WellsFargo never arise. In my opinion, U.S. Bank needs to change their programmers and not change and constantly update the Internet banking interface.
