      Surafel the Assistant VIce President at this branch was incredible. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I cannot recall the teller's name here who helped me during his abaence but she too was very helpful. Both of them exemplified what it means to offer exceptional client services and I highly recommend this location. It is rough to find genuine people in banking these days, so these two as well as their branch are a definite charm! Thank you for everything Union Bank of San Leandro.

      Completely rude. I pulled over and parked in an empty parking lot so I could go a street over and catch a Pokemon. When I returned this bank had left a note on my car. Which wouldn't have been a problem if there hadn't been a hand written note on it. I didn't see the sign until I returned to my car but the fact that an employee took it upon themselves to insult my intelligence over a single parking spot in an empty lot? It's disgusting, no wonder the lot was empty
