  I rarely leave a review but this bank is the best bank branch I have ever been to in my life. I've been a customer of Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase, TD Bank, Navy Federal, Wachovia, Middleburg Bank, Suntrust, First Union and many others in the past, but this bank has the most fringe benefits out of all of them and the least amount of fees. That's not the reason for my review. The reason I wanted to say this is I think this particular branch has the most courteous staff I have ever encountered. I don't have much money at all, at times my balance is $3.00, but they still treat me like Milburn Drysdale treated Jed Clampett on the show, "the Beverly Hillbillies". Like I'm a billionaire. One of the managers, (and someone I believe should be running all banks in the U.S.), Greg Pueppka, is the hardest working man I have ever met. He is always the first to jump when I have even the smallest request and he expedites that request to be his top priority even if he is in the middle of something that is probably much more important than what I have going on. He is so helpful to everyone and gets whatever I, (or anyone who walks in), done in minutes without hassle. He could be busy doing 5 different things but once he sees me he stops everything to come shake my hand and see that I'm well taken care of. Soheila also treats me as if I'm family and she will go that extra mile like everyone else. Usually the tellers, Jose, Anisa or any of them... are all completely capable of doing any task quickly and correctly. They too make me feel as though I am the most important customer they have. Everyone says "Hello Jason!", as I walk in and everyone smiles like they are excited to see me. When I leave everyone always says goodbye. It's like I'm going to a party at a friend's house. This bank is like the "Cheers" of banks! I will never leave this bank, even if they lost all my money. Well... unless I won the lottery and got $200 million then they lost it. Then I'd probably be pretty upset. Thanks for everything United. Jason G.
