      This company was the worst company for a mortgage I've ever had to deal with. They blind side you with extra "interest" charges. I sold my house over 6 months ago and it still shows up on my credit report. I have to file disputes because they don't report anything. Their customer service is pointless, if you actually get in contact with a person they have no ability to do anything and can't transfer you to someone that can. Shady and greedy company. Avoid them at all cost for your mortgage.

      If there was a minus star I would prefer to use it.This company promised three different closing dates. Causing financial burden, stress and health issues to myself and others, and relationships with realtors.The manager Kelly Morgan offered no remorse as to trying to work with clients and even put and effort to come through with not one, two but three different closings. It was almost a power play of control with no compassion for others! This isn’t a game this effected many people there financial burdens, work and scheduling and health issues I am still trying to recover from all the stress they caused me. Please be cautious and diligent to whom you choose to represent you. I used Bay Equity they came through with every promise and are committed liable and RELIABLE. Sincerely, Ms Fleckenstein

      Communication is so poor with these people. You have to back any time you want to get an answer on file status. Lender did not even get on board with the title company in till after the appraisal deadline
