      10 out of 5. Absolutely flawless experience, Neil and his team are by far the best I dealt with, or heard about. Refinancing was a breeze (all hiccups were being taken care of by Neil) , rates were very good, pace and communication excellent. I know that this kind of excited reviews looks unusual, but I think it's a rare case of truly excellent customer service and value.

      I got a tip from a friend that I should contact Neil about refinancing. I gave him the particulars on two loans without much expectation. I was wrong, both loans far exceeded my expectations. The approval process was not difficult and the approval time was quite short. I could not have done better.
