  The online platform is a Joke and it cost 50 USD per month. The banks fee's are outrageous; I don't understand how this bank is in business

  I went with Valley Bank almost 18 mos ago thinking that it would be a more personal experience than that of the big banks. There are quite a few issues I've run across. Some are COVID related, some are policy. But the thing that really is bothering me most is that the only ATM working is on Gulf to Bay. Not where I care to go just because I need a Valley ATM! They're also shutting down branches. The location at the Airport Business Center was great, plus the ATM always worked. ATMS are really becoming an issue. Last month I had to drive over to Tampa! As far as policy, I was a bit miffed when I received a check with both of our names on it. They refused to cash a two person check unless my husbands name was also on the account! So I think after the stimulus checks are no more, I am going to try PNC Bank. In fact they were up north 25 years ago! They were good then. Hhhmmm...forgot about that account. Problem solved, PNC, I'm going back!
