I have used Rod as my lender for the past 14 years both personally and professionally. He has done probably 12 loans for me personally in that time and some of them have been miracles. The market being what it has been for Realtors.. particularly in 2008-2011. One was so tricky as a non-owner occupied refinance due to a divorce... it was a mess. He called the company (not the underwriter... the person who actually set the standards that the underwriters have to comply with on my behalf...) In that time I have referred more than 300 mortgages (yes you heard right) to Rod. Many of which were buyers for properties I have had listed. Over and over again he raced the loan officers that had the responsibility to obtain loans for buyers represented by other agents who had had those loans for usually a full month before Rod got involved... and over and over again he got the mortgages done faster and in most cases his fees were far less. Rod is busy for good reason... But there is No Better loan officer in Utah. He started Axiom Financial and sold it to PHH Mortgage. He was the president and CEO for five years after that time. They have 14 offices and now Rod is back to just doing mortgages. He also was one of the primary consultants the State of Utah used to develop the training and licensing programs for the lending industry. If you are lucky enough to have him working on your loan... you have nothing to worry about. I can guarantee your transaction will be smooth. He has NEVER screwed up for us. EVER...
