After receiving a text alert on my phone that said my account was temporarily suspended due to recent activity, I went over to my local branch in Titusville. I got there at 8:40, but they don't open until 9:00. I waited in my car and a few minutes later the manager (I think) came out to invite me in so I wouldn't have to wait. The ladies inside the bank were AWESOME. Somehow my profile had did not have the correct information for me. Yvonne got right in, verified all my information, uploaded my ID, and got everything fixed. Then she added additional layers of security in case anyone other than me tried to access my account. So happy we now have a Vystar Branch in Titusville. Thank you, Thank you!

Really disappointed.. We signed up to use them as a new bank. Within a couple weeks everything went haywire their app doesn't work their computers are down we cannot do online banking and this has been going on for quite some time. So now we have to go in for everything. There is always a long line and only 1 or 2 employees to take care of the customers and if somebody has something that takes longer we all just stand in line and wait. I guess I'm going to have to change banks.

Because of the online systems crashing my account is no longer linked to all of the apps I use to invest my money I can't invest at certain times while stocks are moving up and down and that is very important hope nothing drastic happens and I miss out Because then I will definitely be switching banks and looking to get that money from somewhere legally 🙃
