      The team at this branch is amazing! They are always quick to answer any questions I have and every time they make me feel like their most important customer. I am so glad that I established not only my personal banking, but my business banking with Washington Federal. I definitely recommend this banking institution and can’t speak highly enough about the team there at the Ontario branch!

      The absoluy the worst bank ever, unless they fix their direct deposit deal. I do not borrow funds from you, until. It is a direct desposit from our government. Had Malhuer credit union for 3 years and not 1 over draft. Only been at this bank 3 months and the same "debit card" transaction thing as last month, debits run immediaty, not a week or more later minus from my account. Not like you are waiting for a check to post. Happens 1 more time and I am back to a credit union. I left them because they did not have my direct deposit ssi in my account 1 time. Same gas station, same excuse as to why. Well after reading my print out and looking at their deposit reciept, " we lend you money on direct deposit😡. Uum directmeans direct period. Debit cards are ran at time of transaction, not a week later like a check.
