      The bank only can serve basic needs people. You can not see check image online. The banker wanted to show their system work. Told me they would email me. But they never. You need a number for company id. They expect you remember. My cookie got wiped out on my computer. I went to the bank, they can not give to me because my husband is the primary and I am the secondary holder. I just need the id. I do not need the password. The lady who assisted me, had no clue. Got someone else help. Then they told me they only could give to my husband. I am the one GOT the company ID from different location. They just make up excuse. BECAUSE They do not know what they doing. I am going to closing my account. No way you can do business there. They only can serve people have nothing to do. has many free time.

      Even though, we didn't have good credit I was little dissatisfied with this bank for not allowing us to approve our business loan...for having underwriter getting back to us almost 1 month was too dragging and definitely when they had missing questions, we thought they were going to help us anyway, but either way we would not recommend to anyone to this bank....
