  while the customer service is friendly and the location is convenient it’s ridiculous that every time the app or website updates you can’t get into your account then they become so overwhelmed with calls you can’t call the automated system to get a balance and then if you get charged a fee because you can’t get the accounting on your checking they bounce you back-and-forth with no resolve. Now the ATMs out you can’t put money in because the reader doesn’t work. It seems like just ongoing technical problems with this bank which makes them very hard to work with we only keep them so that we have a brick and mortar bank to add cash to when needed our primary checking is no longer here because our online accounts don’t have these issues and they don’t charge us fees either.

  This could be a good bank ! They have great customer service and everything looks nice. I just hate how you can’t hear them in the drive through window and getting change is such a hassle to them it seems
