  I was looking around for a specific loan product and found Jared at this location. Jared and his entire staff are very well-versed in the products his bank has and clearly very proud of Washington Federal as a bank in general. They never over promised and was always clear on the underwriters expectations. He called weekly with follow-ups so that I knew they were always working on my file until it closed. I highly recommend this location. We will definitely continue to use this bank.

  This is a big, positive shout out to Theresa, Jared, Emily, Caleb and all the rest of the staff there. I've been in there on just a very occasions and every time, my requests to take care of any issue have been immediately attended to and taken care of. I've never had to wait or set an appointment to be seen - big bank experience and options, but small personal bank attention, the best of both worlds. In fact, my last visit of a few days ago included, not only super prompt, friendly service but also an invitation to some great looking treats/cookies and a drink. Everyone has always been so friendly there. It's just a different, positive, personal experience. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, personable, direct attention bank. Kudos to all the staff there!
