  Had Wells Fargo for my business account. Not a good experience. Decided to change banks. I went to three different banks. They were my last stop. They made me feel very welcome, they answered all my questions and concerns. Decided to use them for my business affairs. It has been a wonderful experience. Thank you to Rick,Rashid,Shadow,Mary and Pam.

  I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy. My Dad passed away 14 weeks ago and I wanted to take over the payments. However I was told that was not possible. So I applied for a loan and now over two months later we still have not closed I have been lied to several times. Such as being told that I would not be responsible for any more payments. So now my Dads bank account which I was in the process of trying to close is in the hole with a overdraft fee. The loan amount has been increased twice and now the underwriting is questioning my savings account. Stay away from the bank no matter what.

  You have to do your banking business with washington federal to purchase a roll of quarters.....some how , that doesnt seem right.
