      A certified agent at Wells Fargo Laurel Street branch did not have the correct knowledge to advise us on a roll over of our Ira count. His lack of knowledge caused us delays in filing taxes and many hours on the phone trying to fix the the problem he put us in. we have reached out to the manager hoping that she would help, but unfortunately she showed no effort to respond. we have been banking with Wells Fargo for 30 years since it’s close to home, but when it comes to big accounts, or retirement, Wells Fargo is not the place to go in my opinion.
