I’ve never had a better experience at any Wells Fargo than the one Jacob Duckett provided to my kids and I. He helped us setup some accounts for my kids and was incredibly engaging and made it a super special experience for them!

Went to deposit a check in my business account and was told there would be an unusual hold. Teller even lift an eyebrow that this would not only affect myself but my employees. She, nor the manager, couldn't be bothered to investigate a solution, let alone lift a phone call to try and help, but I was instead told there's "nothing they could do". Went to a branch in town, Teller handled the issue without even picking up the phone. 26 years I've been with Wells.... Shame, won't be back to this branch, if the ATM can't help you.. Move on..

I love this branch! Jacob is great, he works hard for his clients and is always super easy to chat with. All the tellers are always super polite and friendly!!
