      Inefficient, slow, and devoid of the desire to work a bit harder to accommodate customer needs. Third disappointing experience at this branch. Of those three times, once I waited an hour with an appointment, the other time they messed things up and I had to fix on the phone, and this last time with three bankers available said I had to wait. I had a form to open a new fiduciary checking account completed. I just needed them to process it. It was urgent for the VA and they not only said they could not give me any idea of a time but also had attitude. I left and went to Bank of America…. Wells Fargo just keeps getting worse.
