The people were nice but, needing an appointment to open an account is new to us. We were trying to transfer from a current account to a new account. The surprising part is waiting to speak with the manager. He never acknowledged us and told his employees he would be busy until 5:00. Good customer service! He walked past us twice. No thanks. We will move it all elsewhere.

the banker named efrain is very rude and unhelpful. trying to open a new account but i guess since its 4:30pm thats why he started giving us a hard time. not opening here anymore!
