      I have experienced the worst customer service ever. Also after trying to close my account 3 times now....I am still battling with this bank. What a nightmare.

      Most ridiculous bank in US with most ridiculous rules and managers. They want a DNA and stool sample from you to change a 10 dollar bill into some change. There's a good reason I pulled all my accounts from the fraudulent idiots. Stay clear folks. There are much better banks to do business with that wont loose thousands of dollars from your investments. Believe me I have better things to do than launder 10 bucks. Imbiciles
