      Mayra was extremely helpful and professional. I walked in to do a wire transfer. She helped me through the process and answered all of my questions. She was very nice too, asking about my day and moving scenario. It's a shame I'm moving to Maine where there are no Wells Fargo banks. Managers like her are why this is my bank of choice.

      20 minutes sitting in the reception area, waiting for a banker to help me and all this time both teller are looking at me. Until one of them desires to shout from the window do you need help??? Why do you think I'm sitting here.... I said Yes, I need to wire transfer money out of the country, so she said for that you will have to comeback in 30 minutes, bankers are out to lunch..... unbelievable, I gotta start looking for a new bank.
