  By far Pocatello branch is awesome! Cindy (Loan Officer) is always nice and goes the extra mile. The tellers all are friendly and willing to help! Nicole is awesome as well!

  I went in a little too late and a man came to the door to inform me I could come through the drive thru. When I pulled around I was told I wasnt able to do what I wanted to do through the window… However the woman working the window was super sweet and allowed me to do it since no one was behind me. My husband also has nothing but great things to say about the people working here. Thank you for being kind, patient, and understanding during a difficult time!

  I would like to extend my gratitude specifically to Josh Bringhurst, as well as Westmark in total, and anyone who was part of the process to help my family and I. My family and I were struck with very unfortunate events recently, and Josh in particular worked diligently, and hastily to come up with a solution for us that actually put us in a better standing than before we were hit with said unfortunate events. What an amazing experience Josh has given us, and we are truly blessed to have worked with him, and to have come up with a plan that benefits us tremendously in moving forward with life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your professionalism, honesty, sympathy, and constant communication to reassure us as we went through this process.
