      Since transitioning to WSFS form BMT, it’s been a clear upgrade. Everything moves faster, the service is faster, the building is open (rather than just drive thru). I think they’re doing a great job. Most of the staff greets me by name and are extremely friendly.

      About a month ago I was looking to change to a local bank. I’m thrilled with my decision to go with Bryn Mawr Trust. They have all the products and services I need with a personal touch. In fact, I had a meeting to meet with my former bank and the Manager failed to show up. I am thrilled with my personal banker Christel. She has been amazing and treated me with respect and professionalism. She has checked in with me and my wife via email and phone calls. I even received a handwritten thank you card from Christel which you just don’t see anymore. I recommend BMT 100% if you’re looking for a local Philly bank with a personal touch. We made a great choice!
