  *Racine location* why is you atm always broken? It seems every time I try to deposit money it says “this action is not available.” Why? Or , my new favorite which is happening currently. The screen is frozen and won’t let me do anything....at all. I can’t even get my card out of the machine. Why is it always something with this particular atm?

  They closed before 5 and I pushed it to get there before 5 because I live across the bridge. Wasted trip!

  Unfortunately, I have an auto loan through Alliance but thankfully nothing else. I try to do as many payments as possible online to avoid having to go to a branch because MOST of the people there are not friendly and do not care. I was never given my account number and apparently that’s just unheard of because I get attitude for not knowing it. (I do know it now!) Just today I went to make a payment and stood in line for over 10 minutes while there was one teller working with the same person. Not one person came out to offer additional help. I needed to pick my child up from school so I ended up leaving without making my payment. I will deposit money at my regular bank and make a payment online which I should have done from the beginning. It’s never a smooth process with Alliance. Unfortunately, going into a branch is a nightmare almost every time and I cannot wait to refinance through another institution. If you don’t have to bank with them, I do not suggest it.
