      Please do not purchase a house from this group. They are very overpriced for the quality of work that is completed. We paid a high price thinking we would get quality and it has been a nightmare. The house was not finished when they scheduled the final walk through and they have yet to address all the repairs needed from the mess they left ( holes in walls etc) The two sales people Jelena and Brian were both unethical sales people trying to push us to close knowing full well the house was not completed. The construction supervisor tried to make up for it but we are still awaiting painting finishes, scratched up cabinet repairs and short cutting construction problems to be address. They also sent a survey to me that cannot be accessed. They are definitely no DR Horton and caused a massive amount of stress on me and my wife. Instead of an exciting process we ended up feeling violated. I hope we eventually get these things fixed and we heard from neighbors their house was not completed either. They also failed to clean the house before we moved in amd had to recall the cleaning team because there was dust everywhere. I could have pushed closing so they could finish and they insisted it would be done then went and told the management team that we insisted on closing. Unbelievable! Dont do it you've been warned...
