      Hour and a half wait to get husbands name off account and still didn’t get finished. 1 teller working and 18 people in line. Do NOT waste your time

      I agree with others, this has got to be the worst ran bank branch ever. Whoever manager this branch should be fired. This place is understaffed every time I visit with at least two people hiding in offices. We recently withdrew money for a trip and they shorted us $50. Called back and were told that it is under investigation. Called again were told Kia, a manager would call back. It’s almost impossible to get through when calling and we are still waiting. My advise, DON’T GO HERE.
