  Worse banking experience I've had ever. Was good starting off everything worked well but over time I've been constantly locked out of my online log in and can't even access my info through the phone atm now its locking me out of everything I have to call customer service once a week to get some type of issue fixed on my account and after over a year I'm done with it. I will absolutely be shutting my account down asap and switching banks and I don't recommend anybody using them

  You have to go to different ozk places in Hot Springs to do different things. Ozk on airport won't take Chang ever. The one on Albert pike won't do it on Saturday. Most don't have a manager and will make you go to other places to talk to them. If you are cashing a check and don't have the exact amount already in your account they will not cash it. It is strang to see slow service with people standing around as well as alot of them are rude when you question anything about anything.
