      As a long standing BB&T banking customer, I have been greatly satisfied with the customer service from my bank. However, it seems I was mistaken thinking BB&T mortgage would strive for that same exceptional level of customer service. I made an initial call to gather some preliminary information on a home loan and the woman who spoke to me fully refused to provide even basic info other than to refer me to the website. Because of her repeated rudeness, I will never enter a business contract with this company even if they happened to be the best deal or lowest price option. Life is just too short.
