I took a friend there to purchase a car. We came from quite a distance and when we got there, they couldn't find the keys and the car wasn't ready. We waited for over two hours and then called it a day. It just seemed to me the staff didn't try very hard to remedy the problem. My friend had to go back another day to pick up the car. Was not impressed.
