      Only one teller working when there is 6 people on line. Terrible customer service. This is a branch on E 16 and Kings Highway. Branch Manager was no where to be found.

      I cannot begin to describe the horrible experience I encountered at HSBC bank in Union Square. A so-called banker Jenny Osiris...was rude and insensitive. She never greeted me and was stern in her approach to gather information. My Grandfather passed away so the the account had to be closed. Rather than treating me dignity and respect...She looked at the Death certificate suspiciously and demanded my ID be photocopied. Not once did she extend any condolences or try to find out the proper protocol for this type of issue. She kept telling me she didn't have the answers to any of my questions and repeatedly told me to go find out. I strongly urge any person who is considering this financial institution to reconsider. This is the culture of this institution not just one employee.
