      I have never found the ATM to be out of service over the last 20 years unless the whole area was without power. I have rarely had to go inside but when I have everyone was professional, helpful and friendly.

      The people at the branch are fine, but corporate is terrible. Someone in their ACH department marked me as dead when my sister passed away and my social security payments were sent back twice. I called several times and was told it wasn’t them, it was Social Security. It turns out it was the bank’s fault. I have not received a formal apology, so I am closing my accounts there today and would never use them again.
