      Abusive and dismissive to my elderly veteran father. Anita who was busy clipping her fingernails onto the floor of the bank section of a grocery store refused to assist my father and help him transfer funds. Despite attending this branch weekly for years and year even having statements, his bank card, his checkbook, and multiple credit cards an it's she said it wasn't sufficient for her and she didn't know him. I asked what happened and she didn't seem very concerned about me either. We will be back to CANCEL his account. Sickening customer service and behavior and acme need to loom into their hygiene practices as well.
