      After an immediate email response to my negative review, I called the number in the email. This number informed me that I would be on a brief hold. After being on hold for a minute, the hold music stopped. Was I still on hold?? Waited for a minute. Hung up. Called back. Same thing. Waited on silent hold for two more minutes. Then a fast busy signal; followed by disconnect. Tried a 5th third time :)....same thing. Finally got a person at the national level to talk to about a lapse in security at my branch, and reported it. Someone finally called me from the branch to talk about it. She was very friendly and helpful but getting help on the corporate level was absurdly difficult.
