  Mike and his team made the loan process so easy. Not only did they have competitive rates, but also were very transparent up front with the total cost of the loan so there were no surprises. Another reason we went with Mike and Guild was because we knew our Loan wouldn’t be sold off right away like our previous house loan was with another company. That was important to us because Mike and his team make you feel like you’re more than just another transaction. They take care of you before, during, and after buying the house. Highly recommend working with Mike!

  Great experience in purchasing a home with Mike and his team. We were provided timely updates throughout the process and they made it super easy to get them required documents and sign the necessary documents for them.
