  Stephen and Dianna provided amazing service throughout our entire refinancing process. They were always available and quick to respond to questions, and helped us understand every step and detail along the way. They are also very friendly and courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Their openness and honesty gave us confidence that they had our best interests in mind. We would recommend them to anyone looking for clear, knowledgeable, and friendly servcie!

  Started strong, document delivery was simple, got our pre approval. Then Stephen and Dianna totally went awol. Will never recommend and will tell anyone who will listen to steer clear. So many issues from changing our rate "lock" (twice) to undoing our approval after winning an offer. Their rates weren't even that good after comparing to multiple friends and neighbors lenders (our fault for not shopping around). Poor communication, not apologetic, even after admitting their fault they offer nothing as compensation, pulled our credit so many times over so long a period we were stuck going with them to the end. The end wound up being 3 weeks after our original closing date due to their incompetence. We had to push every step of the way to get our loan funded.
