      When I purchased my condo, I used a larger bank for my loan. When using such a large bank, your file gets shifted to several people and you are lucky if you get a good loan officer that is able to provide you with an update on your loan. The loan with my condo was short of a nightmare. With the purchase of my new house, I was referred to Chas Adams by my realtor. I am really glad she recommended him to me. It took less than 30 days to hear those magic words "clear to close" for my house. Chas is very communicative - never left me hanging waiting on what the status was in the process. If you want a professional who will leap hurdles to get your closing done AND keep you informed of the process- call Chas!!!
