Prosperity as a whole is a joke. The customer service has been terrible, they wouldn't send a debit card after the switch for OVER 2 months, froze my account over this. And finally when I said I'm moving banks they gave me the run around for over an hour in the lobby and telling me on how hard it would be for them to close my accounts on the spot. Don't just walk away from here, run.
