      The folks at Regions are awesome! They treat you like you are important! I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews. Things happen like ATM not working. It does not mean their team does not ROCK.

      The old bait and switch! Promised an offer of $400 for opening an acct for my 13 year old son and it never showed up. When I asked about it they said we took off e statements but they could never show proof. I had little to no follow up from them. The only redeeming part of this place is Shannom who went to bat for me best she could. It is ao messed up to be treated like this on your first experience with a bank. My 23 year old was devastated. Going back to a real bank that cares about customers. I will be reporting these poor practices to the attorney general, banking commission and anyone else who will listen!
