      The Lady was very nice, pleasant, respectful and helpful. She made sure I understood, gave helpful suggestions and walked me through some of the items I needed assistance with. I opened an a new account as well to assist in paying off some of my debt.

      I think the Lake St. Louis branch caters to losers who don't work and or retired folks. There hours are not for worthwhile working people who do banking after work. I believe there covid hours need to start at 3:00 pm and finish at 8:00 pm. Thank You
