I have had my account here for well over 10 years now. The staff is always so welcoming and pleasant. Marcus and Ashley have gone out of their way to help me with all of my needs. I actually enjoy going into the Sandy branch. And all of the others are so nice and friendly too even though I do not know all of their names. They immediately call me by name when I enter the credit union

My first experience with your service department came after I used my debit card at a small gas station around 9:30 pm in Monterey, CA. In less than 20 minutes, I got a call verifying where I was and the charge I made. As it turned out, my info had been hacked And I was getting charges from all over Middle East! There attentiveness and fast action saved me $$$$ and a lot of grief! Through the years I have received that same level of service, and no matter what time of day or if it is by phone or through the website, responses are fast, helpful, and accurate. Today they are trying to help unravel a mess where a refund from a major retailer was not posted to my account. Again, they are friendly, thorough, fast, and following through. Please give them all a raise and throw them a party!!
