      The teller was amazing and very helpful. Only downside was a group of gentleman, who did not work at the bank, were speaking so loud I couldnt hear my teller when I was trying to get important information from and to my teller. I had to physically turn around and ask them to either stop for 2 minutes so I could hear, take their discussion elsewhere, or to please speak quiter instead of the yell-talking they were doing as if they were on a construction site. Seriously, have some common sense when indoors in a small space...especially when the person in front of you has said 3 times to the teller "Im sorry I cant hear you over all the noise.".

      Worst customer service ever. They don’t know what they are doing. It took them hour and half to make the account as joint account and end up doing the wrong account after all that waiting. I called them twice to make sure everything is okay and the manager confirmed everything is corrected but I found out a month later they still have not done what I asked to do.
